
Refund & Return Policy
Because custom means no take-backs, unless we mess up.

No Returns or Exchanges
All items are made to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If something is wrong with your order, we’re happy to help—see below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, email [email protected] within 4 weeks of receiving it. Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges for sizing or color issues. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before purchasing.
If your item was mislabeled, contact us within 1 week of delivery. We’ll confirm the error and offer a refund or send the correct item.
Shipping Issues
Wrong Address
If you provided an incorrect address and the package is returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages returned to our facility may incur reshipment costs.
Lost Packages
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
EU Consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or made-to-order goods
- Sealed items unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons
As our products are custom printed, It’s Perfectly Queer reserves the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
